ALPRO acoustical ceiling panels provide an attractive and affordable solution for any space where noise abatement is required

ALPRO perforated metal ceiling panels are available in 10 corrugation patterns, finished in your choice of standard or custom color matched powder coat.

In typical installations, ALPRO ceiling panels are fastened to “Z” furrings attached to existing structures to create a cavity filled with acoustical pads.

Panels may be lapped for a continuous look or separated to present a reveal. ALPRO provides perimeter trims finished to accurately match the ceiling panels.

Standard Materials

Aluminum Panels:

• .020" thickness in smooth surface
• .032" thickness in stucco-embossed or smooth surface

Steel Panels:

• 22, 24 and 26 gauge thickness
• Smooth surface, G-90 galvanized

Perforation Pattern:

• 1/8” (0.125”) diameter holes on 21/64” (0.328”) staggered centers
• 13.2% open area

Available Panel Options:

• Custom metals
• Special material thicknesses

Installation

• Aluminum Panels - Perforated or non-perforated aluminum panels may be installed in any interior or exterior environment.
• Steel Panels - These panels are recommended for interior applications in potentially high abuse areas (i.e. gymnasiums).
